Big appliances and furniture can be seen live. For all other items, we offer a same-day refund policy for defects. You can check the item and return it if any defect is noticeable.

We understand that unforeseen defects can sometimes go unnoticed. If you discover a defect in your purchase on the same day of receiving it, you can return the item for a full refund. Please note, this policy only applies to genuine defects and not changes of mind or minor cosmetic imperfections.

To return a defective item on the same day of receipt, please contact us via WhatsApp and share the reason for the return along with pictures. We will assess the defect and process your return accordingly.
